District Cub Scout Challenge Competition

Five Cubs from the Pack took part in the District Cub Scout Challenge on Sunday 5th Feb, which took the form of a Persian market (Or trading post AKA various other names).

The teams were given market money to buy equipment to attampt various challenges ranging from streacher building, cracker eating, word searches, tent pitching, first aid, flag identification and a host of others. If sucessfully completed the team were given market cash back by the ‘traders’. The winning team was the one with the most money and points earned. Points were also gained for their turn out and deportment. The winners will go on to represent Medway District at the County Cub competition.

 Whilst the team were not the winners on this occasion they were well turned out worked well as a team and had a thoruoghly good afternoon. Well done!
