Scouts Day at Hammerwood

This Saturday, the Scout Troop will be visiting Hammerwood Scout Campsite, near East Grinstead in West Sussex. We will be firelighting, shelter building, backwoods cooking, playing wide games and a few other activities.
Hammerwood is a traditional Scout Campsite and does not have many modern conveniences! Scouts will need to bring a change of clothes, waterproofs and a packed lunch. We meet at the hall at 8.30am and will be back in the early evening.
Also, Scouts should try and learn something about Hammerwood, there will be a quiz.
