Be Prepared 2006
In 2006, the Netherlands hosted the Salvation Army Wolrd Scout and Guide Jamboree.
The Jamboree camp was for boys and girls from 11 years of age, teenagers and adults who were members of a Salvation Army scouting group anywhere in the world.
It was held from 29 July until 5 August 2006
Scouts and Explorers from our group joined with Scouts from Stapleford and Guides from Sittingbourne for a fantastic week. Taking part in many activities, meeting Scouts and Guides from around the world was a great experience.
